To keep The Swannanoa Gathering website professional, high-performing, and up-to-date, Web Asheville will provide ongoing monthly maintenance. This includes regular content refreshes, technical upkeep, lead generation improvements, and security best practices—all tailored to support visibility and increased traffic.
Monthly Maintenance Includes:
Security & Backups
- Perform full WordPress site and media backup including backup testing
- Ensure SSL certificate is active and valid
- Confirm domain and DNS integrity
- Rotate admin-level and collaborator passwords
- Enforce two-factor authentication on key accounts
- Review and limit access permissions in WordPress and connected apps
- Remove unused third-party integrations or inactive apps
- Scan site for vulnerabilities and malware
- Content Updates
- Add upcoming new content, photography, events and fresh testimonials
